All prices are per week based on the maximum number of 6 sharing plus one baby upto 2 years
To reserve Maison Des Noisetiers the guest should complete and sign the booking form and return it with
a deposit of £150.00. Following receipt of the booking form and deposit we will send a confirmation invoice. This is our formal acceptance of your booking.
Full Payment is required 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
On cancellation, up to 8 weeks prior to arrival, we will refunded your deposit minus an administration charge of £25.00.
We strongly recommended you arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover)
and to have full cover for the party's personal belongings as they are not covered by our insurance.
A breakage /damage deposit of £150.00 per rental period is required in case of damage to the property or contents.
However, the sum reserved shall not limit the guest's liability to the owners. The breakage/damage deposit is
payable one week prior to arrival which will be refunded within one week of departure subject to satisfactory property inspection.
Please be considerate guests and take care of Maison Des Noisetiers and leave it as you find it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. A final clean is included in our rental rates and we reserve the rights to make a retention of £50.00 from the breakage\damage deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if you leave the property in an unacceptable condition.
We would also ask that you and your party respect our neighbours and animals in adjacent fields with reference to noise and disturbance.
Camping in the grounds is not permitted.
We do not accept Pets at Maison des Noisetiers.

Please report to us without delay any defects in the property or breakdown of equipment, appliances or garden furniture so that arrangements for repairs or replacements can be made as soon as possible. Depending on the nature of the problem this may not be possible during your stay but we will make every effort to resolve the problem quickly.

A government tourist tax of 2euro per person per night (aged over 18 years old) is payable

We can offer a 10% discount on Brittany ferries - ask for code prior to booking.

A 10% discount is offered on consecutive weeks booking.
